Homestay for Students
We offer many options to stay with families all over the Orange County area! Stay with an American Family as you work or study in Orange County California, and feel like home!
★ Our standard Home Stay Program includes 2 meals (Breakfast & Dinner) on weekdays and 3 meals on weekends and holidays.
★ Double placement will be shared room with another students but you will have your own bed.
Why Choose Homestay?
FOA Homestay program offers the students to live with an American family as part of the family While studying or working. This allows the student to be immersed of learning a new culture, practicing English, and expanding their world. In a homestay program, the student will typically have their own room, and join the family for meals and take part in their normal daily routine.
Host families can be families that have children themselves or they can be single. . Host families often choose to offer homestays because it’s a great way for them to meet with international students and be exposed to different cultures.

The city of Irvine is our main city where our Study Center is located along with most Host families we work with.

Host families provide two meals a day, a comfortable clean bed, transportation to our facility for ESL, warm family interaction, and much, much more.
International students will live with an American family during their adventure.
Each host family provides the student an immersive, diverse, and rich experience of living with an American family. FOA students will share their own culture to the host family. Both student and family will have many opportunities to learn and express their stories and experiences about their respective families, friends, interests, and culture.
Many of our host families have continued long term relationships with our students over the years, and have even visited our FOA students in their home country.
